The Product Marketing Coordinator is responsible for coordinating projects and functions related to the product and pricing components of the marketing mix across Nonin’s product line and at various stages of the products’ life cycles (e.g. launches, updates, maintenance, end-of-life).

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist in executing annual, quarterly, and monthly forecasting and updates in units and dollars
  • Coordinate Marketing oversight of status, unit trends, and forecast
  • Communicate with Operations to assist with build plans
  • Liaison between Marketing, and Quality Assurance, Product Development, and Manufacturing on quality, design, and service issues as they arise
  • Develop, maintain, and improve Field Request cataloguing system, including action tracking and feedback mechanism
  • Coordinate Marketing responsibilities related to product upgrade, end-of-life, and new product introduction logistics including packaging and IFU’s
  • Serve as a liaison for reps, distributors, and customers with basic product use questions, as well as a coordinator of getting the answer for the internal or external customer when that answer requires support from other departments
  • Coordinate product training programs and materials for continuing product education of direct reps, independent reps, and distributors
  • Serve as liaison with communications group for development and execution of needed product-oriented sales support literature
  • Track, analyze and recommend needed product upgrades, new designs, new products based on field personnel and customer input

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional team members

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience coordinating projects
  • CRM utilization experience

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for executing effective digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, promoting company products and driving qualified leads. They will do this through executing and analyzing our social media, e-mail, SEO, lead capture and digital advertising initiatives.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Apply digital marketing principles, techniques and best practices in the management of initiatives to drive brand and product awareness, inbound traffic and lead capture.
  • Utilize marketing automation software to create effective e-mail and lead generation campaigns.
  • Make basic content and page updates to the company website(s).
  • Manage, execute and analyze day-to-day inbound digital marketing channels to support growth via nonin.com, SEO, PPC, social media, digital advertising and e-mail marketing.
  • Working closely with the content marketing strategist, develop and manage social media and digital marketing calendars.
  • Measure, interpret and communicate the results of digital marketing efforts to include performance metrics, lead acquisition, conversion rates, opportunities and ROI.
  • Conduct competitive analysis on competitors.
  • Review new technologies and emerging trends to keep Nonin at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
  • Develop a yearly social media and digital marketing strategy in coordination with the content marketing strategist and corporate communications manager.
  • Work closely with the product marketing team to help support existing marketing initiatives and drive new ones.
  • Represents the company message to online communities, media and the general public at large.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role; or any equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1-2 years experience managing Google PPC and SEO, branded social media, e-mail marketing campaigns, and social media advertising.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Demonstrated understanding of business use of LinkedIn, Facebook and e-mail marketing.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz Pro and SEO best practices.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Superb time and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • B2B medical marketing experience.
  • Experience with Sprout Social.
  • Experience using ClickDimensions marketing automation and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The Sr. Clinical Specialist is responsible for determining the clinical research strategy for Nonin products for determination of safety and effectiveness and in support of clinical initiatives.  These activities shall be conducted in compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards and in alignment with Nonin Medical corporate objectives.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Establish clinical research strategy and tactics by business area and by product.
  • Design, plan and implement the overall direction of clinical research projects.
  • Establish /maintain policies and procedures that detail the conduct of required clinical activities at Nonin Medical Inc.
  • Recruit and qualify clinical Investigative sites.
  • Prepare and report on the status of clinical investigations internally and externally.
  • Prepare IDE, IRB, and other documentation as required by the clinical investigation and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyze data acquired during the course of the clinical investigation, prepare reports and presentations based on clinical findings.
  • Assist in achieving compliance with U.S. and International standards as they pertain to clinical and regulatory activities.
  • Develop budget for area of assigned responsibility, including budgets for individual clinical studies.
  • Coordinate and manage Clinical Research Organization (CRO) activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education & Experience:

  • 5-10 years experience in a medical device clinical research environment.
  • BS in Nursing, Biological science, or related field.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficient knowledge of medical terminology
  • Ability to work and manage multiple projects in a medical device environment with minimal supervision.
  • Significant knowledge of clinical and outcomes research study design, Good Clinical Practices, and global clinical regulations .
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Outstanding organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across multiple departmental lines, with clinical investigators and clinical investigative sites.
  • Strong computer, software and database experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Able/willing to obtain required hospital credentialing to assure appropriate access to required areas of the investigational site.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BSN RN
  • Experience in the areas of anesthesiology, cardiology, pulmonology, critical care and/or emergency medicine
  • CRA certification

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel via plane and car up to 30% of the time.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and/or walk for 8 hrs/day.

The Content Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of written and visual content for marketing/communications needs. This position will create new and revise existing content to several markets and audiences.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develops, writes, designs and executes content marketing initiatives including: SEO optimized website copy, blog posts, social media posts, e-mail/newsletters, video scripts, whitepapers/case studies, direct mail campaigns, product descriptions, spec sheets and other promotional materials.
  • Develop and map the content marketing strategy for several market segments while working closely with the Corporate Communications Manager.
  • Works closely with the digital marketing specialist to analyze, report on and improve the effectiveness of digital marketing content.
  • Collaborates with designers, analysts, product managers and outside vendors to produce relevant content that meets the various market needs.
  • Edit, proof and improve content for all brand communications.
  • Optimize website copy for SEO in collaboration with an outside vendor.
  • Maintain files on servers, intranet, extranet and websites.
  • Manage internal and external creative services and projects involving copywriting, graphic design and video.
  • Develop standards and best practices for content creation, voice, tone, style, distribution, maintenance and content repurposing.
  • Manages and maintains content/copy process from start to finish, including internal revisions, legal approval, technical updates, etc.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing or a related field
  • 2-5 years of experience creating content in a marketing/communications role
  • Or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Demonstrated copywriting ability.
  • Intermediate experience level using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of business use of social media platforms, SEO and e-mail marketing.
  • Ability to translate complex technical information into consumer-friendly language that drives action.
  • Dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale and rely on data to make decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

We are currently searching nationwide for (1099) Independent Manufacturer Representatives to represent Nonin Medical Vital Signs products (Pulse Oximetery, Capnography & Sensors) into the following markets:

  • Ambulatory Surgery Centers (ASC)
  • Emergency Medical Service (EMS)
  • Physician Offices

The ideal candidate will have established customer relationships within the above focus markets and possess an entrepreneurial spirit. In addition, the candidate should be successful at managing existing business as well as developing new business.

 

Please note, this is an Independent Contractor position; the selected candidate will not be an employee of Nonin.
